How to manage ANGER?

I am decided to drop some words about anger management, I hope that you can visualize and healthy living without faster aging. Anger is a normal and usually a healthy human emotion. However, it could also turn out to be destructive when it gets out of control. It could also lead to problems at work, in your personal relationships and in the overall quality of life. Uncontrolled anger makes you feel as though you’re at the mercy of the unpredictable and powerful emotion.

What is Anger?
The Nature of Anger
Anger is an emotional state that varies in the intensity from mild irritation to intense fury and rage. Similar to other emotions, it is accompanied by physiological and biological changes. Your heart rate and blood pressure increases when you get angry.

Both external and internal events could cause anger. You could be angry at a specific person or your anger could be caused by worrying about your personal problems. Memories of traumatic events can also trigger angry feelings.

The Expression Anger
The natural way to express anger is to respond aggressively. Anger is a natural and an adaptive response to threats; it inspires powerful, very often aggressive feelings and behaviours, which allow us to fight and to defend ourselves when we are attacked. Henceforth, a certain amount of anger is therefore necessary to our survival.

On the contrary, we can’t physically lash out at every person or object that irritates or annoys us. There are laws, social norms, and the common sense that place limits on how our anger can take us.

People use a variety of both conscious and unconscious processes to deal with their angry feelings. There three main approaches are:

Expressing
Expressing your angry feelings in an assertive manner is the healthiest way. To achieve this, you have to learn how to make clear what your needs are, and how to get them met, without hurting others. Being assertive literally means being respectful of yourself and other.

Suppressing
Anger can be suppressed, and then converted or redirected. This happens when you hold in your anger, stop thinking about it, and focus on something positive. The aim is to suppress your anger and convert it into more constructive behaviour.

Calming
Finally, you can clam down inside. This means not just controlling your outward behaviour, but also controlling your internal responses, taking steps to lower your heart rate, calm yourself down, and let the feeling subside.
When none of these three techniques work, that’s when someone or something is going to get hurt.

Anger Management
The objective of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. You can’t avoid the things or people that enrage you, nor can you change them within a short period, but you can learn to effectively control your reactions.

Obama Wishes 'Ramadan Kareem' to Muslims

President Obama released videotaped Ramadan wishes Friday, sending "best wishes to Muslims in America and around the world" and wishing them "Ramadan Kareem" on "behalf of the American people, including Muslim communities in all 50 states."

The remainder of his remarks in the five-minute YouTube clip seemingly provide a tutorial on the meaning of Ramadan for non-Muslim viewers tuning in to watch, and outline the basics of his views on issues of importance to the Muslim world. The president makes sure to mention "my own Christian faith" and the values shared by Islam and Christianity when it comes to service, even as he speaks of Muslim ceremonies he knows well.

He also recapitulates his basic foreign policy positions involving Muslim nations. "We're also committed to keeping our responsibility to build a world that is more peaceful and secure. That's why we're responsibly ending the war in Iraq," he says, adding, "That is why we strongly and actively support a two-state solution that recognizes the rights of Israelis and Palestinians to live in peace and security. That is also why America will always stand for the universal rights of all people."

"I want to reiterate my commitment to a new beginning between America and Muslims around the world," he continues, emphasizing his Cairo message of seeking common ground and that "an important part of this is listening."

"In last two months, American embassies around the world have reached out not just to governments but directly to people in Muslim-majority countries," he says, adding, "We have listened, and, like you, we are focused on pursuing concrete actions that will make a difference over time. ... These consultations are helping us implement the partnerships that I called for in Cairo."

The president lays out collaborations with international health authorities to eradicate polio in Muslim-majority nations, and to mitigate H1N1 flu transmission risks during the Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca by devout Muslims which this year will fall at the end of November.

"May God's peace be upon you," he concludes.

RFS has expanded its partnership with our C&C Universal Engineering Sdn Bhd to establish a bonded warehousing facility in Port Klang.

RFS boosts Asia Pacific supply chain with extensive warehousing facility in Port Klang

On the occasion of the CommunicAsia ICT conference & exhibition being held at the Singapore Expo, on 16-19 June 2009, wireless infrastructure specialist RFS (Radio Frequency Systems) has expanded its partnership with Malaysian distributor C&C Universal Engineering Sdn Bhd to establish a bonded warehousing facility in Port Klang.

Served by excellent road, sea and air links, the Port Klang facility will enter full commercial operation in mid-2009 and provide a central logistical hub from which RFS is ideally positioned to service its telecom customers throughout the Asia Pacific region.

The facility will be run jointly by RFS and C&C, with the latter responsible for management of the warehouse, including site kitting and reconciling of stock and deliveries, and with RFS overseeing the distribution of goods in and out of the facility, forecasting supply requirements, and subsequent shipping to countries outside of Malaysia.

RFS initially signed C&C Universal Engineering as a local distributor at the beginning of 2008, to boost its quality component logistics channel in Malaysia. With four main cellular networks operating a mix of GSM 900/1800 and 3G 2100 MHz services, Malaysia is one of the most well-served, cellular-enabled countries in Asia.

RFS has been supplying its cellular and allied wireless systems into the country for several years, and has firmly established itself as a quality supplier, with the added attraction of price-competitiveness and timely deliveries.

This positioning has been reinforced thanks to this and the partnership with C&C. C&C is now undertaking a bonded warehouse management function to ensure that RFS is optimally-positioned to meet the burgeoning demand for cellular communications infrastructure, as mobile network operators across Asia Pacific begin the transition from 2G to 3G and beyond.

"The expansion of our partnership with C&C Universal Engineering is a significant development in our supply chain and logistics capabilities and part of our concerted strategy to ensure we are best placed to serve the demands of our customers in Asia Pacific," says Tim Conboy, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, APAC South at RFS.

"Port Klang provides a substantial facility that is cost-efficient and geographically well-positioned for servicing the entire region. The warehouse will stock a range of RFS' wireless infrastructure, RF transmission distribution and radio link network solutions, and enable us to offer much shorter lead times - typically dispatching between two to three days."

Building on C&C's high quality in-country rapid response logistics and distribution, the new bonded warehousing facility will also assist RFS in supporting onwards fulfilment to other countries in the region, providing a ‘win-win' situation for all members of the cellular systems value chain.

In partnership with C&C, RFS has also been delivering skills training and knowledge transfer locally in Malaysia to meet demand for premium quality support, which is rapidly becoming the determining factor as far as carrier customer satisfaction levels are concerned.

As well as being responsible for on-site management of RFS' sophisticated range of cellular infrastructure solutions, C&C will undertake site-kitting to ensure that products are packaged and shipped according to RFS' customer requirements.

"The Port Klang warehouse will be carefully managed to suit customer needs in respect of their actual product types. There will be a substantial quantity of product stocked, including a significant amount of RF cabling, which needs a lot of space and demands expertise from a handling perspective," continues Conboy.

"The addition of local in-country skills training and our long-term approach to knowledge transfer, combined with C&C's first-rate distribution and support in Malaysia, means that RFS not only has a powerful presence locally, but is now able to offer the highest possible levels of support, deliver shorter lead times, and prepare off-the-shelf deliveries to mobile network operators throughout the entire Asia Pacific region."

RFS' specialists on hand at the CommunicAsia ICT conference & exhibition include Martyn Kemel (President, Broadcast and Defense Systems), Mick Bennett (Global Product Manager Broadcast and Defense), Tim Conboy (Vice President, Sales and Marketing for APAC South and Eric Mariette, VP Global Strategy and Marketing.

The 12 Most Powerful Super Foods

we need to choose for right fruits to have. These fruits can really effort for our Healthy Living.

The 12 Most Powerful Super Foods for you.....

Why Are They So Super?
Ask five nutritionists to rate the 12 most powerful foods and you'll get five different lists, but many of the selections will overlap. Why? Because every food provides something different: Some are a rich source of protein or fiber but void of many vitamins and minerals, while others contain disease-fighting phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals, but no protein. The trick, claim experts, is to get a variety of the best foods. The following 12 power foods are a good place to start.

Avocados
Sure they're high in fat, but avocados contain healthful monounsaturated fat, which has been linked to a reduced risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. 'Avocados aid in blood and tissue regeneration, stabilize blood sugar, and are excellent for heart disorders,' says Ed Bauman, Ph.D., director of Bauman College . They're loaded with fiber (11 to 17 grams per fruit) and are a good source of lutein, an antioxidant linked to eye and skin health.

Apples
'An apple a day really does keep the doctor away,' says Jonny Bowden, Ph.D., C.N.S., author of The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth. Apples are loaded with the powerful antioxidants quercetin and catechin, which protect cells from damage - that means a reduced risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease, especially if you eat the skin. Research shows that the apple peel contains five times more polyphenols than the flesh. Apples and their skins pack a lot of fiber too (about twice that of other common fruits, including peaches, grapes, and grapefruit), which may help fight the battle of the bulge.

Blueberries
Antiaging superstars, blueberries are loaded with antioxidants, especially anthocyanins, which have been shown to improve vision and brain function. Studies show that eating blueberries slows impairments in motor coordination and memory that accompany aging. These little berries also reduce inflammation, which is inextricably linked with virtually every chronic disease from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, to diabetes and heart disease. Other studies show that blueberries have much greater anticancer activity than other fruits

Cabbage
In the vegetable world, the Brassica genus reigns supreme, and the cabbage is the most impressive of the lot. Brassica vegetables (including broccoli, bok choy) contain compounds called indoles, which have been shown to reduce the risk of cancer dramatically. 'Eating cabbage more than once a week cut men's colon cancer odds by 66 percent,' says Bauman. 'Cabbage also stimulates the immune system, kills bacteria and viruses, and is a good blood purifier.' If you go for the red variety, you'll also get a healthy dose of anthocyanins (the same pigment molecules that make blueberries blue), another powerful antioxidant with an anticancer punch.

Fish and Fish Oil
Eating fish helps cut the risk of heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer's, stroke, diabetes, and arthritis. The fatty varieties may also help alleviate depression. The American Heart Association recommends that adults eat at least two fish meals per week, especially wild salmon, herring, and sardines, because those varieties provide the most heart-healthy omega 3s. Avoid mercury-containing varieties like shark, swordfish, king mackerel, tilefish, and albacore tuna, says Roberta Anding, M.S., R.D., national spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. (Chunk light tuna is okay.)

Garlic
Research shows that garlic lowers total cholesterol and triglyceride (blood fat) levels, helping prevent clogged arteries. 'Two to three cloves a day cut the odds of subsequent heart attacks in half for heart disease patients,' says Bauman. 'Garlic also tops the National Cancer Institute's list of potential cancer-preventive foods.' Whole baked garlic helps detoxify the body of heavy metals like mercury (from fish) and cadmium. Garlic also acts as an antibacterial and antiviral, boosting resistance to stress-induced colds and infections. Can't stand garlic breath? Chew on a sprig of parsley.

Mushrooms
Used for centuries in Eastern medicine, mushrooms have powerful effects on the immune system – especially the maitake, shiitake, and reishi varieties. 'Mushrooms such as maitake help prevent and treat cancer, viral diseases, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure,' says Bauman. In fact, mushrooms are used as an adjunctive cancer treatment throughout Asia because of their ability to counteract the toxic effects of chemotherapy and radiation while simultaneously shrinking tumors. What's more, Japanese researchers have found that regularly eating shiitake mushrooms lowers blood cholesterol levels up to 45 percent.

Almonds
Almonds are loaded with fiber and monounsaturated fat, both of which have been shown to lower cholesterol. According to the Food and Drug Administration, eating 1.5 ounces of most nuts, including almonds, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease. And even though almonds are relatively high in fat and calories, studies show that eating almonds can actually help with weight loss (their protein, fiber, and monounsaturated fats provide the feeling of fullness, preventing overeating).

Eggs
The best protein source on the planet, eggs consistently outrank milk, beef, whey, and soy in the quality of protein they provide. In addition to containing all nine essential amino acids, eggs are loaded with nutrients. 'And for God's sake, eat the yolks,' says Bowden.. People avoid the yolks because they fear cholesterol, but egg yolks contain choline, which helps protect heart and brain function and prevents cholesterol and fat from accumulating in the liver.

Flaxseeds
Loaded with alpha-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid that helps reduce inflammation, flaxseed has been used for centuries for medicinal and health reasons. Gandhi himself proclaimed, 'Wherever flaxseed becomes a regular food item among the people, there will be better health.' Bauman adds, 'The seed itself has terrific nutritional value, very usable protein, tremendous fatty acids, and minerals like magnesium, potassium, and zinc.' Additionally, they're a great source of fiber.

Pomegranates
Pomegranates have up to three times the antioxidants of red wine and green tea – and the juice has been shown to reduce artery-clogging plaque, which in turn prevents heart disease and stroke. Research shows that long-term consumption of pomegranate juice may also help slow aging and protect against cancer.

Dark Chocolate
When it comes to chocolate, bitter is better – at least in terms of health. The benefits of chocolate come from flavonols and antioxidants (the same disease-fighting chemicals found in cranberries, apples, strawberries, and red wine). The caveat: Only real cacao contains flavonols, so look for chocolate that boasts a high percentage of cacao (60 percent or more). Dark chocolate also has fewer calories than other varieties, and when eaten in moderation, it lowers unhealthy LDL cholesterol and prevents plaque from building up in your arteries.

I just received this story from forward mail. It's really freak and miserable. Sometime we comprehended differently. I am also have a lot of things keep in my heart and never open and talk because in my mind, I felt that if I'm open also can't make change an turn, may be going worst. It's really tired and sometime hurt. I don't know it's right or wrong. Just want to see someone happy and don't want to disturb with my feeling. It's a good story and it's make me feel.

For my beloved late Mum...

For my beloved late Mum...
Mom lived her life for love of friends and familyMy mother passed away on March 25thI loved her deeply; now she's simply gone. All my life I'd known that I was loved,Living in the circle of her arms.I can't believe her love is not somewhere,So strong it was, so much a part of me.I feel it in the harsh salt of the seaAnd in the stinging sadness of the wind.I ride the waves along the rock-strewn shore. No one watches me with fear and pride. Now among the stars I am alone. In her heart I had my only home.Mom lived her life for love of friends and family,Neither asking for nor wanting a return. Her days became a sunlit homily,With others' joy her joy and main concern. When we were ill, she also became sick; When we were cut, she, too, began to bleed.Of our oil lamp she was the wick,Drawing her bright flame from our need. Some say that such behavior's out of date:That self-fulfillment is the way to grace. But Mom, without much choice, then chose her fate,Finding greater truth in an embrace. She lives on in the sparkle in our eyes:Laughing, quiet, gentle, loving, wise.I miss you, but I cannot make you miss me.I need you, but you do not know my need.I want you, but I cannot make you kiss me.I suffer, but I cannot make you bleed.I beseech you, but you will not be beguiled. The door's locked, and you will not let me in.You're my mon, but I cannot be your child.I've lost you, and I can't take back my sin.Like an earth no longer with its sun,Shooting towards eternity alone,I no longer circle anyone,An aimless, mindless, wandering piece of stone.Ah, Mon! It would be so sad if weWould journey through to darkness separately.

Deeply missed and forever etched in my heart mum............ I love you!
